The part with the stream sniper reminded me of a video I watches about someone who used to hack on games. He said the best way to get them to stop is make them feel alone and unloved, they already are hated so doing it more won't help them. What he meant was don't play with them and refuse to acknowledge them. The whole enemy team tried to kick and then muted the stream sniper. I'm playing the game to find out whose better not whose better at cheating.
