It looks like whenever you are trying to shoot quickly and precisely with ur AK you don't allow yourself the time to like 'prepare' your muscles to pull down after putting your cross hair on them and instead either let it pull up or compensate by crouching so you can shoot asap. (Although when u crouched in secret I think that was a fine option because you didn't have space for much movement and you almost certainly threw off the other guys aim) Although I could just be projecting because I used to really struggle with that.
