By themed runs I meant stuff like Starting with a couple items that are similar or have a neat effect, and off of that, possibly even challenge runs with these combo's where he can't pick up any items. The KZbinr Uidsea used to do that. But yes, more mods might be fun too.

Curse of the tower is often treated with the same attitude as is used for cursed eye or bob's brain but it synergizes quite a bit and if you're careful you can avoid getting hit by it even if you have no bomb immunity
