About the longchamp le pliage , I use it with a scarf inside, very cute. I have the 2 sizes and I love them, I can play with the colours of the scarf and my outfit

I didn’t even know at first it had been at IT bag. Have toyed with it so many times since on the vintage market but something always stops me. I think it’s the stiffness and the aggressive zipper when your hand goes in….

I had the chain cut off from my Chanel yellow bag, and use it as a travel vanity bag-yes, I’m that person who mutilates bags and shoes to make them usable or repurpose them. That last bag could be used as a fruit basket-for apples and pears-hung in the kitchen? 🤷🏻‍♀️…😂.

Love the Givenchy! Maybe the hype wore off around the Dior book tote, plus the scandal that revealed it may be the bag that's made for $57 and sold for a ridiculous markup. That would be understandable if it lost some luster over that. And sell that Chanel vanity bag already so you can go buy a whole colorful army of Longchamp's or whatever everyday bag you find most useful and want to collect in every color! (Totally NOT speaking from personal experience 😉 😅)

The “scandal” definitely didn’t cause me to lose luster for the bag, it’s been sitting on my shelf long before that. 😂 I know, I should sell the vanity and put the funds towards something I’ll actually love and use, but it still has a hold on me, lol. If you’re really having a problem with any of the first 3 bags-(the Chanel, the Givenchy or the Dior book tote), I could take one off your hands. 😉 Seriously, I soooo enjoyed this video as always. The moment you said horse feeder, I knew what you were talking about, which is why I haven't bought one. The same goes for the Hermes version. One thing I wonder, and maybe you put the Dior bag away before this, but do you think the whole $56 thing made you subconsciously forget about it? I haven’t used any of my Chanel classic flaps in years. 😭 I live in a big city with crime and just don’t feel safe wearing them out any more as crime took a big uptick since 2020. On top of that, the value of these bags skyrocketed since then. Lastly, they’re kind of boring if I’m being honest and just always reach for more fun styles and colors. I should really sell but at this point think of them as strictly investment pieces where value keeps increasing. 🤷‍♀️

I think that longchamp filet bag was a trend hyped bag and you wanted it to work so bad. I was the same and got caught up with the YSL toy loulou that everyone was going on about a few years ago but didn't work for me because its just too small. I then got the small loulou and that was still too small for me! 😅 I think the puffiness made it look bigger but the internal middle compartment took up space.

@@Minks4All Same. I think it's because it's so heavy packed up, but I have other bags that get that heavy (when used for work) and I still carry them. I just loved it so much when I first got it. I would sit and look at it and think how beautiful it is. I sold my OnTheGo GM because I thought I'd never choose it over the Book Tote. Now, the Book Tote just sits there.

Might be because of the Dior controversy and the book tote being allegedly made so cheaply. Also the handles don't look like its a comfortable bag to carry for long periods of time. I like the small book totes and would buy one if the right colour and pattern came out.
