I love the look of this tool but in all honesty it’s more of a gimmick tool than a functional tool. I’ll probably still buy one for my collection but probably won’t get used much.

Actually as someone who owned and used this tool for over a year before it fell off my motorcycle and got lost, I can guarantee you this tool is not a gimmick. Everything on it is 100% functional and performs its job very well. I made many a fire with it (so many that I had to replace the ferro rod) while fishing to cook a fish on and I used the signal for every part of making the fire, scaling and cleaning the fish, taking the hook out of the fish’s mouth, etc. Honestly there is no other tool that I would rather be stuck with if I got lost and somehow ended up losing all my gear except my multitool

@@nickr3589 it all depends on what you want out of your multitool. I’m not saying this doesn’t function as a tool, however I still think you would be better off with even the Rebar and if fire lighting was a big deal an actual fire lighting kit even if it’s just a fero rod. I don’t dislike the tool, I actually think it’s one of the best looking MTs on the market, but it’s not about looks.

@@dualsportoutdoors I’m not saying each tool can’t do the job they were designed for I just think as an EDC multitool it’s not for me. It is the best looking MT…. Especially in coyote tan. That or the MUT.
