Joyce Meyer blesses me. The way the crowd goes nuts for the robot thing is troubling. It's like most people are there for feel good entertainment and positive words. It makes me wonder how many people there have truly accepted Christ. It's scary. Christ loves, but He is clear that when He returns He will say to many, "Depart from Me, I never knew you." (Matthew 7:21-23). That's scarier.

I still don't exactly get this espec at the start .. I've read Joyce's last book where she mentions this... But still I don't get it?! My scenario is I've been stuck financially for the past 9 yrs, my whole life I've endured abuse. I have a family of my own now, where I'm constantly taking care of everybody else & always goes out of my way above & beyond to help others. My children live wonderfully exciting lives (I had a horrible childhood) my partner also lives am exciting life & comes and goes whenever he wants with various fun activities & financially he can do as he likes as he does. But I'm always the one who's left out, I haven't had a hobby in I don't know how long let alone the funds to do so & even if I did I always feel as though it would be selfish of me so any money that's in my hands goes you kids or partner or family necessities. So yeh, "id finally like someone to take care of me for once!?" How is that not apart of God's will? Of course I get angry & have prayed many o Of times about this issue I have, when is it my turn? When is some luck coming my way? I'd like to finally be rewarded somehow for all my giving

I'm really trying to grasp how to tell the difference between what our head thinks, what our feelings think and what the Holy spirit puts in our heart or our peace about something. Can someone help me?

Simply put it is the difference between what we think and the deeper part what we know is true. What we know is proven by the Bible and experience to be true. An example I use is I think an ice cream sundae would be great, the truth is I would not feel well after and have to them burn all of those extra calories if I don't want to carry extra weight. Does that make sense hun?

If that works I take another. As far as the Bible being specific the Joyce Meyer study Bible has every topic I have ever needed. If the thing in question is forbidden that settles it for me. I want more than anything to please God. I suspect you do to hence your question. A great question by the way!!
