I live outside of Syracuse. I traveled through the NYS Canal system on my 22 foot Glastron. Amazing times had on that boat. I have spent many a summers in ABAY and the Thousand Islands as well Sackets Harbor and Oneida Lake. I lived in Cicero NY and my boat was slipped on Oneida Lake. It's so great to see you in my stomping grounds. My dream is to do what you are doing. When I heard Sylvan Beach I almost shat myself.

LOL. Yes we love the Thousand Islands and that eastern Ontario, Northern NY boating. We have lots of older videos covering those areas, including Sackets Harbor, which is one of our favorite stops.

To avoid the troubles in locks, cover your fenders by inserting them into heavy duty commercial garbage bags and tie them on top of the fenders. No more clean ups and it will safe your fenders from being ripped. Hope it helps. BTW, love your videos!
