Hi Po’Jo, You can advise people to get the Lonely Planet Guide To Jamaica which is kind of like the Bible of travel. It is packed full of useful information and gives you all the places of interest. Note: this book is revised every two years so make sure you get the latest edition.

Oh wow that’s really good to know i did not think of this. But come to think of it when i was at this guest house i saw so many Europeans with guide books to Jamaica and they were actually reading where to go and how to get to these places. Maybe this is something like they had.. its funny cuz i have seen travel books from like AAA but what they had was like way more advanced i was like dang lol Europeans reading and im over here on my phone like “best places to see in Jamaica” lol just funny to me

@@PoJoTheBackPackerHi Po’Jo thanks for the comment. It is interesting to note that you saw lots of Europeans reading these travel guide books whilst traveling around and this is what I first noticed when I first started traveling in the 90s. Ever since then I have been traveling with these guide books and I have found them to be invaluable. They have prevented me from being ripped off on many occasions and I have saved a lot of money by studying this book before I travel and would not be without it. Anyway good luck on your next vacation and stay safe on your travels mate. 😊
