Our new EP 'A Secret Place' consists of the last few songs we finished together while living in Laurel Canyon. These songs, along with everything else we’ve put out this year, feel like the end of a chapter to us. Something we can look back on with good memories despite what’s been happening this year. I just discovered an awesome new band called Leaving Laurel and the song “Falling Apart”. I decided to learn more about this talented duo, and then I was gut punched by what I learned. I don’t think I’ve ever run a gamut of emotions faster. I really enjoy the work and will do my best to honor the artists who made it by spreading the word about this wonderful music.

This song carried me through some tough times. I'd be laying in bed, questioning my next destination, wondering if I was forever lost or if I would ever find my way. Whenever I came out of my stupor, I was glad I had this soulful masterpiece to guide me and to reassure me against my insecurities.
