Dear Inday, I am writting you this coz i have been following you and Eric. I am a Special Nurse with the Bachelor Degree in Psychology. I been working in Field of Psychology in 22 years. Actually it was not your past that makes you suffer in depressions but the social media who disturb your mind. About Eric People will not understand things the beauty you have seen about him coz he been very supportive. But People doesn't know behind yours and Eric stories. So my advice to you, just be with yourself and take control of your own life. Don"t let nobody step over your emotions okay. What you are doing is wonderful. Enjoy life. Social media is so extreme. The more you talk means the more pain you're suffering from. Being a vlogger, you've got to walk that line between being open for criticism/ bashing and being mentally and emotionally drained. Depression hits anyone. Everyone. Just a matter of how well you handle it. Actually it's not just because of Eric, in particular. It's all about losing your worth when you seemed to have given your ALL in that relationship. Women want to be valued at all cost but then you lost that hope when you left that condo unit. I can imagine how heavy your heart was when you closed the door to that condo unit which witnessed to a love shared with Eric for a year or so. Deal with depression with so much prayers. GOD will never forsake a good woman like you. I will pray for you. GOD bless you always🙏❤️

When you are feeling down the best way to cope up with it is to pray to God. He knows and sees what you have been through in life. Clearly you are suffering emotionally from your past relationship. Know that God listens and hears when you pray. Surrender all your burdens to Him and He will give you the strength. If there is a community church around your place, try to visit and join their service. They can pray for you as well. Know that God is your comforter, miracle worker and way maker. So keep your eyes on Him every single day and He will guide you in your life.
