When Pwah Pwah hugged Story and bid goodbye and the rain started to fall, it's like tears had fallen from the sky. (can't help not to cry as well). A sad moment but somehow we felt happiness for her as she can now go back home. Have a safe journey Lola pwah pwah. We will surely miss you.! =,(

4:35 here in the Philippines, there is a law that takes care of senior citizens. discounts on foods, medicine, etc. and sometimes free pass on cinemas, and yes, including processing of some papers. maybe that is the reason.

Sacha and Jay, this was both heartwarming and heart-wrenching for me to watch; what with Phwah Phwah's departure for London. My eyes were welling up from empathizing with your family's sentiments and sadness. What a beautiful send-off you've given your beloved mother: that one last tour and exotic lunch on the town and the romantic and music-filled dinner at the seaside village restaurant. Island Paradise indeed. You've done the perfect segue (to notify Story of her grandma's imminent journey)--by pouncing on the chance when she asked "What's 'going on board' (the boat)?" The timing could not have been more perfect and opportune! You've really broken the news to her gently--that you got the effect that you've been hoping for. And Story took it fairly well, like the real trouper that you've raised your awesomely adorable...and smart daughter. By the time, you were all saying your goodbyes to Phwah Phwah and I saw her hugging and kissing each one of you, especially Story, I was a complete mess from crying! LOL But the best finale (like in a movie) came just when Phwah Phwah was hugging you, his son, goodbye, the heavens started to pour rain so heavily. Talking about special effects and backdrop! ahahaha And Phwah Phwah lightly hopped to her waiting ride. Lastly, that scene where you were both sending your poignant farewell message to Phwah Phwah--teary eyed and choking...man, I was done in! I wish Phwah Phwah a safe journey back to England. I bet she has loads of wonderful stories and memories to tell and cherish forever--with all her time with you. What a unique trip and quarantine (in tropical leisure and style) to always remember! I can just imagine her telling her story...to those who have been quarantined in the most COVID-19-plagued areas. Luckily you have your video vlogs to back her up. :-) ;-)
