I stayed in Newport city last April, very nice nice place, got everything you need. KD, if you've landed in terminal 3, you could actually walked to Newport city. The taxi driver knew that the distance to Newport was very close, so P100 was fair.

Husband is a local here and a marathon runner. Last month my husband and son just done their marathon in kucing Sarawak but I'm lazy to follow them. Sarawak is beautiful especially they are really good in making the kueh lapis. I tested all kinds of kueh lapis at the shop on the other side of the sarawak river.. it's beautiful too during night time in the river side lots of people selling foods and drinks. I love laksa Sarawak 😋😋👌👌

go to kuching sarawak kumander the food here is cheaper than in kuala lumpur and you can go directly to brunei if you want its 8hrs of travel only by land

It’s funny coz i spent three months in Pagadian with the wife and kids, it was great, we are even building the most beautiful native house but we came back to France to work the winter season . Our plan is to live in the Philippines very soon but personaly i dont feel ready yet despite my love for this country , to me, doing six months each on both different side of the world would be better . Have ever had that thought ? Now you have a daughter, dont you think it would be great for her to experiment this life ?
