Rendered in 4K so that KZbin will use a higher bitrate.
I did some very basic color correction in an attempt to remove the green color caste that the extended edition Blu-ray added.

Love the ending bit... Sam gives me that feeling of sadness that you have to leave home, and a bit of fear and anticipation of the unknown or what to expect.... the music makes me feel like I'm ready for adventure and all the new things I will see.... and yet I will be homesick and miss everyone, and may not see them for many months or even years... maybe I won't come back....... definitely a nostalgic bittersweet feeling.

that dialogue of iam holm as bilbo it strikes me everytime , about taking you feet off in the road . sometimes we get very used to life as we know it , and something as new , always looks very strange....

Saruman knew Gandalf will take “The Hobbit”with the one ring out of the Shire so he placed his spies around the borders 1:10 (The crows) to keep a lookout for any Halflings leaving the boarders, which is unusual for a Hobbit to even leave. its no wonder the nazguls were hot on their trail after meeting mary and pippin as if they knew where to look.

When I first saw this movie, I thought that the hobbits were wearing shoes, and then lost them after falling down a hill after merry and pippins stole food from a neighbor's vegetable garden. After seeing it again, I realized that hobbits were always barefoot. Frodo and Sam were very good friends, and Sam promised that he would protect Frodo while on the journey to Mordor and destroy the ring for good.
