Bourj Hammoud has become a popular shopping destination with three specialties: jewelry, textiles and shoe repair. Apart from jewelry, you can find mostly low-end products and replicas of famous brands. The souk has several major streets: Armenia Street (mostly jewelry and handicraft stores), Marach Street (textile, shoes, spices), and Arax Street (textile, shoes.
