Salam Abrar One small info Royal Enfield does not make auto rickshaw the RE written behind auto stands for Rear Engine. Major manufacturer of rickshaw is Bajaj and Piaggio in India. The One you saw was by Bajaj.

You should first go to uniformed and he will tell you what you lack and will point to someone who will help! An accomplice he is guaranteed to fleece you but will be less rapacious than the freelancers. Getting scammed at foreign places is common and can not be eliminated. The objective is to reduce it.

As those autos are having a 200cc engine fitted on their rear side only.
