That being said, the Heat are playing well right now so congratulations. My original point was only to address Mike Ryan attempting to dismiss the 2011 Chicago Bulls for not making it to the finals when they had to face obstacles that his precious 2020 Miami Heat team didn't have to face

Chris conflates UX design with the actual streaming experience. ESPN is notoriously garbage when it comes to the stream itself. UFC PPVs on ESPN+ regularly have problems. Also, the devices/media players - Apple TV, Roku, Fire stick, Chromecast, etc. - will be the next cable box. They already kinda are, but they will cut the deals necessary to bring everything full circle.
