I think her Hollywood “friends” ended up doing the most damage to her. Left wing celebrities ditching her and openly denouncing her when they really didn’t have to do so is that sealed her fate. Look I don’t find Kathy griffin particularly funny, but I do recall the ATTENTION she got for having that photo. And I thought “wait why are conservatives getting so racked up? It’s COMEDIAN whoose voicing her concerns. She didn’t say let’s go kill the guy. Look I don’t think the photo was funny or particularly powerful but maybe if the Trump camp thinks it’s that dangerous maybe it is?” Then we heard the death threats and griffin potentially lossing money over it, perhaps even having her career monetarily ended.
