Quick attack and spell shield encapsulate how she plays in league pretty well, and the level 2 is strong. LeBlanc, the champion of trickery and deception, is basically just a stat stick that pretty much provides less value than Draven (although they do slightly different things)

I want to petition for a rework I ain't the kinda person to comment often, but I think they completely missed out on some amazing opportunities with this one. I can think of a number of ways to better implement her and a dev team should be able to think of better ones. I'm gonna give one example and just hope someone is listening. LeBlanc is a champion about spying and deception, so lets do that. She costs 2 spell mana, yes spell mana. You play her onto a friendly follower. The opponent knows you played her but not where to. The reason for spell mana is it fits with the ways she spys in the lore and cause she is meant to be a play with 0 tempo, but I think actual mana is a bit too much of a loss. If the follower is killed, she returns to hand and a little animation tells the opponent she was discovered and retreats. This makes her very easy to put back onto the board, but since you need to spend another 2 spell mana AND need at least 1 follower to play he onto, removing the follower she is attached to is still rewarding and wont make her feel like a champ who can't be interacted with. Her level up requirement could be as simple as stay on the board for a number of turns or attack. There is a lot of variety with this requirement and her versatility will make it interesting to see what decks she fins her way into. Upon level up, she summons herself to the board and is now an actual champion that costs mana to play. I am not gonna design a new level up as I already gave her a ton more uniqueness and character so I am sure the dev team can come up with something to fit her new style. as a short example you can have her summon a copy of herself each turn but only 1 is real, or perhaps copies of allies. you get the idea All in all I don't play league, but I plays LoR, and know enough about the lore to say she is a boring card and doesn't fit her character enough. You can do better dev team, and I hope that enough people make it known that a rework is in order.

I'm honestly super disappointed with LB. She was one of the champs I was really looking forward to for some fun gameplay mechanics. I was fully expecting her to be a high damage low health unit but I completely thought she would make use of her trickery element and illusions. I would change Mirror Image to her play effect instead of a spell so that when she was played she would create a token that was 0/1 but appeared like her 5/2 self to the enemy and shuffle with it so the opponent wouldn't be sure which one was the real one. That way they could still take her out reliably with two mystic shots or get rid of the clone with something like Make it Rain but it would feel like you had that 50/50 chance to hit her if you only had that one spell. Plus it would add deception to the attack and block phase since you would feel threatened by that clone looking like a 5/2 and feel the urge to block both LB despite the one who will not actually do damage. And until the clone was revealed it would keep that element of suspense and pressure. I would change Mimic from a spell into her level up ability so that when she attacks and survives she creates a fleeting copy of the last spell cast that turn costing 0 mana. This would follow her ult in LoL and create pressure for the opponent to remove LB from the board and not let her freely attack or force her player to use a combat trick to protect her that might not be very useful as a copy after the attack phase is over. This would still give her some options for powerful plays since you could cast a high cost spell and potentially get a second cast for free in the right conditions or gain board control by copying a spell like Sigil of Malice to pick off weakened units. As for her spells, since Mirror Image and Mimic now became part of her innate playstyle I would prefer versions of her base spells in LoL but all tied to Reputation. Sigil of Malice could probably stay the same but add the text Sigil of Malice marks the target, the next spell used on the target this round will do double damage. This would make it cost ineffective to use early game for the double hit but a much stronger tool after Reputation and would work well with her level up to remove larger board threats that she doesn't want to engage herself. Distortion could be a 5/6 cost (reduced to 3/4 with Reputation) fast spell that swaps the positions of two ally units and deals 1 damage to any opponent they are directly facing in combat. Kind of like Shen's Stand United but instead of barrier it does some chip damage. Ethereal Chains could be something like a 3/4 cost (reduced to 0/1 with Reputation) fast card that does 2 damage to the target and if they survive stuns them at the start of the next round. I'm not sure if any of that would actually be reasonable but in terms of gameplay style it at least would have honoured her LoL counterpart better while still fulfilling that element of deception and trickery that I was at least expecting.

Unfortunately her W is the most lame League ability BY FAR, and has 0 thematic at all. She's supposed to be a spy, and her main attack is flying up and slamming into you lul. (For some reason) Karma already has Mimic, so Mirror Images is the last piece of LB's kit that has any thematic weight from a character perspective.

I wish there were more she could do. maybe add a "strike" effect that would create 3 exclusive spells from "LeBlanc" ? 1 burst (being a swap or something idk) 1 fast (deals damage?) and 1 slow (Creates a mirror image of her as a 1/1 with no keywords?) then level her up when she sees you use those spells 4 times??? then as a level 2 LeBlanc those exclusive spells can be cast twice or maybe upgrades those 3 exclusively created spells???? Honestly one of the weakest cards design/story wise. When I think of LeBlance I think of smoke and mirrors. Not damage. Her kit and level up should have been based on recalls, cloning or summoning. I mean seriously: LeBlanc must SEE you deal 30 damage to give you a cheaper version of Dawn and Dusk that only works on 5+ power units. Meanwhile, for Sivir's level up you have to deal 35 damage (she doesn't need to SEE it) for a pretty strong effect. Sure LeBlanc allows you to clone stuff if you manage to protect her 2-health ass for 4 rounds or so, but you could also just run Dawn and Dusk or build around Black Rose Spy instead :/

@@joaonunes1086 Yes, you can. Hell, you don't even need to get that creative. So, LeBlanc? She's a master deceiver who pulls strings in the shadows. Let's see, we already have: elusive, swapping, stunning, opponent discard, interaction spells in general - but what we got is a glorified stat stick that gets it's champion slot for having high stats... even though it can be argued a 5/2 quick attack isn't as good as a 3/3 quick attack. Her unlevelled version is boring because it's just stats but that's not a bad thing because we can still level her up - she IS a champion after all that we are RUNNING for champion slots because... we want to make another LeBlanc. Okay that's selling it short. We can get another Darius, Tryndamere, etc. But we had to get 15 damage WITHOUT LeBlanc dying to get here - she DOES have to SEE US do damage - so she levels up and UH OH we still don't have the spell! So we have to do *15 MORE DAMAGE* to get it! And another Darius is good so let's get that but uh oh it's ephemeral. Not to mention, her payoff spell is Slow. Accounting her health, the fact she has to be on the battlefield to level up, and even after she levels up we still need to work towards a payoff, interaction is a NIGHTMARE. So why run LeBlanc if it isn't for her stats or her level up? Why run LeBlanc at all?
