"a mediocre Portland team", huh? They're 3-0 right now. Yes, it is early right now but this team is really good. They have drastically improved their perimeter defense with the addition of Jerami Grant and GP2, not to mention acquiring Josh Hart last year in the CJ trade. They have a really good starting 5. Dame is one of the best players in the league and not only Dame but as a team, they execute great at the end of games. They have ridiculous perimeter shooting. The only big flaw they seem to have is they lack in size with Josh Hart playing the 3 and Nurk can't do anything defensively but they are loaded. They have a really good number 1 option that is one of the most explosive weapons in the league. They have 2 guys that can be really good 2nd scoring options in Grant and Anfernee. Anfernee can also get his own shot. And just when you go down the roster, these are guys you really know. Dame, Anfernee, Josh Hart, Grant, Nurk, Nassir, GP, Sharpe. They have athletic personalities, they have shooters, they have elite playmaking and they have multiple players that can make big plays.
