@@trevorpirtle4411 Statistically, Lakers had the worst perimeter defense in the league coming into the bubble. @@john-wg2vm shit i dont buy the fatigue. they had like 3 month rest after the season. i'd say harden cant handle high pressure playoff defense, exposing his offensive limit. and we all know westbrook isnt a good shooter. it takes the leaders to start going and then the role players will follow. so i do agree with ingame leadership issues. last game it just looked like harden didnt even care. they only had their small comeback run because the whole "we've given up"-demeanor made LA forget it's a serious playoff game

To me the outstanding issue is that the rockets don’t have any elite 3 point shooters. Their best shooter is Ben McLemore who is 27th best in the league and the next best shooter is Danuel House, 36.3% and league average is 35.8%. If you’re gonna go small and you’re counting on making a lot of threes, you’d better have the personnel to hit them. Look at the Warriors “death lineup”. They had three elite shooters, Durant Curry Thompson all above 40%.
@TheUltimateRage
@TheUltimateRage 3 жыл бұрын
This is absolutely incorrect! The problem is that the Lakers play tenacious defense, slowing down the pace of the game (Rockets have one of the fastest-paced teams in the league), and the Lakers have done an excellent job keeping Houston away from the 3-point line. Houston is at their best when they're jacking up 40-50 3s a game. However, Lakers have held Houston to their lowest 3 point attempts this season.

I think it's time to blow it up and rebuild b/c Russ has already shown he's not a no.1 option (at best 3rd option) and now Harden has proven he's not a no.1 option as well (2nd option), they're extremely inefficient with poor leadership... they literally have nothing going forward but more disappointment.
