The second apron is no joke. The penalties changes the way teams have to deal with contracts and trades. Once you see how restrictive the second apron is, you can finally understand why my Clippers let Paul George walk for nothing. Even if we got players back, that means it’s still adding salary. Second apron is basically like a hard cap and it’s going to be in full effect this upcoming season. Look at Klay. Warriors only got back 2nd round picks. You don’t want salary to keep coming back.
