What makes his argument worse is that rings mean more in the NBA because one man can have a much more impact on a team then a player in the NFL. One player on a NFL team isn't really enough to help a team go from .500 to a super bowl contender. One player in the NBA can do that. Also Shannon has failed to realize that ever since Lebron went to the Heat he had the easiest path to the finals. His teams was loaded with talent compared to the teams he was facing in the playoffs. One can argue the reason GSW lost is because they got worn down just getting to the finals while the Cavs were resting and sweeping all the teams on their way to the finals.

@FREDDY GEE Jordan was a top dog from jump, but basketball isn't tennis. You need at least one other really good player to make a serious run. When Jordan lost early in his career it wasn't because he stunk up the joint or shrank under the lights, he ran into all-time great teams and HOFers.
