Let's get this straight. He's gonna be 33 in December, is in his 15th season, has been durable, plays heavy minutes year in and year out, and STILL drops 57 along with 11 boards, 7 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks while shooting almost 70% from the field yet people STILL find room to criticize and try to take away from his greatness? He's a beast and there's no one in this league that is close to him. It took Golden State to form a super team of all super teams to beat Lebron. A 73 win team couldn't handle him lol. He's just way too good in all facets of the game. He was hitting fade ways and threes with ease today. Might as well wave the white flag if that's working for him.
@pedroroque829

yes usually the best players are in their primes around 31-33, Lebron is just in his prime, this is normal. If he was 40 years old or so that would be unreal almost, but Michael Jordan at that age (40) was doing 40 point games.

he is 32. Thats not that old. Whats the most impressive thing about Lebron is he is able to play so many years and never get injured which is unheard of.
@jjsworld3307
@jjsworld3307 7 жыл бұрын
32 going on 33 while coming into the league as an 18 year old. The age itself is not a big deal but the age given all the miles he's accumulated and the minutes he's played makes it more impressive. And yes, I agree MJ is the GOAT. To do what he did time after time during a much more physical era and then at age 40 was unbelievable. However, this is more of a message to the Lebron haters who give him no credit at all and STILL think he's not the best player in the NBA/planet today!! Even when he singlehandedly was carrying his team against the GSW in 2015 without Love and Kyrie, he should've gotten the NBA Finals MVP (I know his team lost) - and to think Iguodala was more valuable than him?!!!!!! What a joke. Lebron really could be MVP every year but it would get boring so they have to mix it up. I challenge anyone to name a single player better than Lebron today. Just one. And do so with facts and not just stupid statements like "3-5 in NBA finals." That is getting old.
@lifan231
@lifan231 7 жыл бұрын
3 for 8 is not stupid because he had the best team going into the finals every year since 2010. Yes he won a game with Love and Kyrie out. He also won in 2016 when Draymond Green fucked up his team chemistry and Bogut got injured. Goes both ways. The reason teh Warriors lost in 2016 was because of those 2 things. You think its coincidence Kyrie and Him both scored 40 pts + against the warriors after Bogut was out? It opened up the lane for the Cavs. Lebron caught a break in that series. He didnt win it by himself.

BK and you were? Does it matter if I never saw him live? I've watched many of his highlights. Including his first career game, his last career game, all of his game winners, etc. LeBron has more offensive skills than Jordan and has better lockdown defense. For lebron's size being able to handle the ball so well and contribute almost every end on the floor is very unique. Without Pippen Jordan wouldn't have ever competed for a title. Atleast LeBron carried a trash team the finals with no help whatsoever. Stop hating boyy

ItzYaBoy ShreK yes, please look at the stats, because that proves LBJ is the goat by an even larger margin. Being a kobe fan, I was like he probably got wide open layups and dunks or the game went into overtime but nope, he did it in 4 quarters on some really tough fall away jumpers. This is was an absolutely amazing performance! I just hope he continues to play with this type of aggressiveness and vigor throughout the season.

IMO this was Lebron’s best performance of his career. He didn’t get all his points on easy layups and dunks. He actually had to post up and hit jumpers. This was like watching Kobe or MJ. Absolutely incredible.

Easy layups and dunks you don't watch Lebron. The man works for those layup and makes some of the toughest finishes like its nothing. And his dunks are all uncontested run outs on a steal form another teammate. He's earned his points throughout his career. He was the best paint scorer since Shaq when spacing was still localized to the paint.

There's a reason real basketball fans/heads don't compare lebron to kawhi, kd, giannis, westbrook, paul george, anthony towns, ad, cousins, curry etc Lebron is compared to jordan, magic, and other greats. Lebron is just too durable and mostly mostly consistent. All these current stars have suffered injuries and when they go to other teams, they are number 2. Lebron is always my number 1 player in this league past or present. 4 more years of Lebron in the nba is a nightmare to opposing teams. Watch other cavs players get inspired and step up.

Critics, here's another review as to Lebron's overall capabilities as an athlete at 32 years old. Props to Brons continued improvement in his shooting. Looking at him score really shows he can put up buckets, and an easy one at that depending on the defense (Hi Wiz fans). 11th career 50+ point game. 29,000 career points milestone. Still, Cleveland's defensive issue should be prioritized, still was clearly seen here. Cleveland (err lebron) getting easy points, but so were the opposing team. Cleveland should be really thankful for the freak-athlete Lebron is and should pray for his continued healthiness. Again, props to Bron for always being meticulous in his regimen. Haters, let's see what hate you got.

@lifan231
@lifan231 7 жыл бұрын
Not about the killer mentality. Its about losing so much with super teams. 3 for 8 and 2 of the 3 were bailouts by Kyrie and Ray ALlen? come on. How can that be the GOAT? MJ won 6 for 6, Kobe 5 for 7. They did it without super teams. You think if you threw in a prime player like Wade and bunch of 40% 3 point shooters with Gasol to Kobe he would go 3 for 8? MJ with Pippen and a great rebounder went 6 for 6. The only competition Lebron has faced that was significant in the finals were last years Warriors but he also had a super team to support him.

@lifan231
@lifan231 7 жыл бұрын
Omar - so having 2 franchise players in their primes and a bunch of shooters is not super team? Wade and Bosh averaged 50 pts, 16 rebounds 10 assists in the 2011 Finals. When has 2 supporting teammates averaged this much? The year before Lebron joined, Wade was a proven finals MVP averged 30 pts, 7 assists, 5 rebounds. Bosh averaged 24 pts, 10 rbs, 4 assists. They were all in their late 20s. You add in Ray Allen, and at least 4 guys who shoot 3 pointers at 40% its a super team. Magic and Kareem had a 10 year age gap. Olajuwon, Barkely, Clyde were all in their 30s when they were teammates. Allen, Pierce, KG were also in their 30s. Shaq is 7 years older than Kobe. Stop trying to make it seem like Lebron didnt have super team when he clearly has.
@YouReallyDontKnow
@YouReallyDontKnow 7 жыл бұрын
You keep talking about super teams and how it’s lebrons fault he hasn’t won more championships, but you act like basketball isn’t a team sport? You can have the best 5 in league history, you’re not going to win if those guys don’t know how to share the ball, move the ball and just play good TEAM basketball (GSW, SA). The only time Lebrun can be blamed for his performance is the 2011 finals, but if you bring that up and ignore the rest of his great historic runs then you’re just an idiot who thinks they know basketball. Lebron does his part, he was the one who put Kyrie and ray in those spots to make those shots. You need to learn a little more on what makes a player great and how the game of basketball really works.

Lebron has had teams built around him to almost perfection. He is a point forward who needs the ball in his hands at all times. The perfect teammates are guys who can stretch out the floor by shooting 3s at high percentage and a guy that can close for him. This prevents teams from double teamming him and opening up the floor for him to take it to the hole. From 2006 to 2009 he had the shooters. From 2010 hes had everything you can ask for. The coaching is just fine. He has had solid coaches, not great but not incompetent. Players make the coaches, not the other way around. Doc Rivers looks like a great coach because he had a great team. Since he left the C's he has done absolutely nothing. Phil Jackson seems so great but do you think he would be anywhere near he is today in status had not for him having Jordan, Pippen, Kobe, Shaq?
@togetaro7734
@togetaro7734 7 жыл бұрын
My point was that if LeBron is on a team with great coaching, then he'd be better than ever. Lue is just a great motivator especially on their championship run last year. Lue is a great guy to have in a locker room because of his positive attitude. But other than that, he's a bad coach. I mean did we often see the Cavs running plays? NOPE. It's just LeBron driving and kicking out for an open man. Just watching the way he's used just makes me wonder if he actually plays to a great system like Boston or Golden State has. I mean just look at Kyrie right now. He's not widely known for being a thief back in Cleveland but right now he averages 2.6 steals per game. LeBron could have greater stats on an organized system and his great efficiency will dramatically increase.
@lifan231
@lifan231 7 жыл бұрын
The only thing I think a great coach could have done for Lebron is perhaps help him win more games in the season. Like I said his team is built fine. Shooters to stretch the floor for him. Teams cant double team him so he is highly efficient already. Hes not going to be a career 60% FG player no matter what coach he has. The system helps him be efficient and get assists. Its not a bad situation whatsoever. As far as system goes, can you imagine him playing in the triangle offense for Phil Jackson? He would be miserable and be limited in what he can do. Lets say he get Greg Popovich. The system is around passing the ball to the open man or a guy Ginobli or Parker making isolation plays. Thats not going to be any better than the system Lebron has now either. Im not sold coaching would make his career much better if any.
