If you change from anticlockwise to clockwise rotation, then yes the change in sine terms will change and vice-versa

12:25 , Can you confrim this because in some other source i had seen that for rotation with respect y , the sing on sin(theta) is opposite to what is written here

The sources where you have seen the rotation must be anticlockwise Here at 12:25 the rotation is clockwise. Note:at 15:50 i changed the coordinates, hence the rotation from anticlockwise to clockwise.
