LEMON GRASS
ONION LEAVES
RED BELL PEPPER
ONION
GARLIC
SALT
BLACK PEPPER POWDER
VETSIN
ABAKA TWINE (PANG TALI)
PROCEDURE:
*SLICE THE INNER PART OF THE PORK BELLY DIAGONALLY
*SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND VETSIN
*ADD CRUSHED GARLIC, SLICE ONION AND RED BELL PEPPER
*ADD LEMON GRASS AND ONION LEAVES AND ROLL THE PORK BELLY
*SECURE AND TIE WITH ABAKA TWINE
*PUT 2 PIECES OF CAN SLICED INTO 2 PIECES INT THE BIG POT
*LAY OVER WITH SCREEN AND PUT THE ROLL PORK BELLY
*PUT GRILLE ON TOP OF THE BIG POT AND FLIP OVER THE COVER AND ADD CHARCOAL
*COVER THE POT AND COOK LECHON BELLY FOR 3 HOURS
*FLIP OVER EVERY 1 1/2 HOUR
*SERVE AND ENJOY!
