💛60 grams of water.

💛300 grams of cold cream.
💜Beat until soft peaks form.
💙150 grams of condensed milk.
💛30 grams of honey.
🧡300 grams of Greek yogurt.
💜stir until smooth.
💚Dissolve the gelatin in a micro bowl, but do not boil it.
💙Mix carefully with the yogurt mixture.
💛 Quickly stir in the whipped cream.
