Ingredients:
400 g (14 oz) canned peaches.
2 egg yolks.
50g (1.76oz) sugar.
40 g (1.4 oz) cornstarch.
Juice of 1 lemon.
This results in 30 ml (1 fl oz) lemon juice.
70 g (2.46 oz) condensed milk.
70 g (2.46 oz) ricotta cheese.
200 ml (7 fl oz) whipping cream.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.

Ingredients:

150 g (5.3 oz) ricotta cheese.
250 ml (8.8 fl oz) cream for whipping.
100g (3.5oz) cookies.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.

I just made an ice cream strawberries and banana. Crush the fruit, add 1 tin 394 grams of condensed milk. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 teaspoons strawberry essence. Optional a 2 drops rose colour .Mix everything together. Set it in the refrigerator.Whip 500 ml heavy cream until stiff peaks. Add it to the mixture we placed in the refrigerator little by little. Place in the freezer for minimum 8 hours and it's ready. Delicious
