Hi tmrwic - in prayer, you do not lose points for not doing it correctly. If it works for you, then it is correct. This form of prayer can be a hard one to get into, at first, but once you do, it can be a very powerful experience.

God is not sitting there with a scorecard to make sure you follow all the rules, he just wants to hear from you.
