They will be audited by other companies. Statements are just documents provided by an entity, but an audit can only give them credibility. Every public listed company should undergo audit as per SEBI

My question as below: XYZ Pvt Ltd incorporated in 20.03.2019 and with 10000share @10 each= 100000 share capital but commencement of bust certificate received on 28.04.2019. apart from that XYZ Pvt Ltd also paid incorporation fees to government along with consultant fees to professional of RS. 25000 on 20.03.2019. Please prepare balance sheet and pass journal entries for financial year ending 31.03.2019, Please help me how to disclose in financial statement for year ending 31.03.2019

Frog of well doesn't want to come out of it.. Old professor with outdated knowledge.... Mr. Professor Accounting is unique language of business. GAAP are almost similar in all over countries, just US GAAP have bit changes. But still somehow are same.
