For people watching in the future, in the proof for intersection of subspaces being a subspace, we first have to show that the intersection is not a null set.

Vector subspace: For a vector space V, W is a vector subspace if W is a subset of V and elements of W satisfy addition and scalar multiplication properties. No,actually it's not necessary to write 0 belongs to W because it's just a consequence of vector addition...there is no need to check whether it contains or not..it will be automatically contained if it will be a vector subspace

tic how you are giving everything for us to do,this is not acceptable for an iit professor...you should explain atleast some questions compleately....everybody knows theory in maths we are not here to learn theory....
