I've been studying your lessons for about 4 years but I've been posting you everywhere for the past year or two, Dr. Barrick. In my Torah class, at church meetings, in the general public. 3 groups have formed since. Also, an assistant pastor has joined. I am on a Facebook group of people looking to learn Hebrew, and I've referred all to you. I want your following to grow not for your glory but because we need to be equipped. Sad to say, many of us aren't getting fed enough in church. I love your teaching!! I'm going to keep sharing. This is the time for your message to spread like fire.

@MinisterRedPill2 жыл бұрын
@Yahusha is the Messiah lol just because you say "nope" doesn't mean anything. I have historical proof and grammar clues that proves His name is YAHOH. Meanwhile, there is absolutely NO proof for "yahuah" and "yahusha". Ancient Hebrew didn't have the U vowel sound, it had the O vowel. So already, you're showing your ignorance. Just because people on KZbin say God's name is "yahuah" doesn't make it true.

I studied under Dr. Barrick for a number of years. He was the first to create a typeset(by hand, mind you) for Hittite and the first to translate The Tanakh into Bengali. Between him and Dr. Grisanti, who is an editor of the NIDOTTE-this schools’s Biblical language program is quite strong. As a Lutheran, we of course have strong higher-theological differences. I’ve also disagreed with some of his exegetical conclusions. Despite that, I still hold him as one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. These lectures do not do justice to what an encyclopedia of biblical language he is. The fact that semesters I&II of the grammar lectures are available along with his accompanying textbook, workbook, syllabus, quizzes, exams, vocabulary guide, and answer keys all for free is something so unbelievably valuable, it’s astonishing. Thousands and thousands of dollars in value, all given to you in THE NAME of GOD. Never let anyone tell you the internet is all bad; that person is just making a choice to reject the positives. Peace be with you.

I was able to down load those and after long trying and failing - Dr. Barrick (in spite of his politics and theology! I am no expert but for the research I am doing it is a start - a really GOOD start. gimme a yell if you can't find the grammar and workbook... might be able to find it for you - this is a solid course. I did the video lectures along with the grammar and the workbook. And all the major stuff (Torah text in BHS) is available for download on a number of sites the least of which is the Internet Archive...hint hint!... ~8) enjoy!
