Can you do a video evaluating AlphaFold2? I'm currently writing research on Ewing Sarcoma and using AlphaFold to help predict a structure for a fusion protein

I hope you do not have point mutations, since AlphaFold does not model an energy function (it's is just a "complex" mapping function(not folding)). AlphaFold cannot detect instabilities caused by point mutations and it will predict as "stable" proteins that are not.
