@@pdx3284 The majority of the Christian world is wrong in not teaching the word of God and the truth in Genesis chapter one. That chapter clearly tells of water above, Genesis chapter 1 verse 7. Genesis chapter 1 verse 3 the light created on day one followed by the divisions of days marked by the evening and the morning were the first day, the evening and the morning were the second day, the evening and the morning the third day. All BEFORE the 4th day when the 2 great lights were created and put IN IN the firmament. Clearly stated. Yet because Christianity married itself to Godless science they must continually try to fit the round peg into a square hole. The bible is the true word of God. Science is not in harmony with the word of God. Example God says he created 2 great lights. Science teaches the moon gets her light from the sun....this goes against the word of God. The greater light to rule the day, the lesser light to rule the night. I stand on the word of God. Over and above what any man says. Let God be true and every man a liar.God says the FIRMAMENT contains the sun the moon and the stars .They are IN the firmament. Genesis Chapter 1 verse 17 . The bible clearly teaches there was light on earth before the Sun and moon for 3 days. There is light upon earth that does not depend 100% on sun light as The Bible clearly tells in Genesis chapter 1 verse 3 light was created on the first day marked off by the evening and the morning as the first day. ( sun was not yet created until day 4) His word is truth!

God made the moon’s surface with a reflective material ( dust ). And the sun light reflects off the moon , otherwise , wouldn’t the moon always be a full moon ? Either way , God created light . It’s all Gods Devine creation .

@@Livingonlargestactivevolcano The bible does not speak of any dust, reflective materials. God is the author of all creation, as you so rightly said “it is all Gods divine creation”. We are to Go to his word alone for the truth of creation. Science is not in harmony with the truth of creation. And we must shun it and look to God alone. His word is truth and in genesis we are told exactly how God made this earth. The bible clearly tells the moon is a light. Science says it has mass.The bible says the moon is a light to rule the night, To divide the day from the night, for signs and for seasons and for days and for years. Read of this in Genesis chapter 1 verse 14 thru to verse 19. The awesome word of God !

Yeah if you have that much kinetic energy all at the same time to create the flood not only would our atmosphere burn off but so would a major part of the oceans. I don't think a wooden boat could tolerate lava type heat.

Canopy or atmosphere ! Genesis 2 : 5 - 6 ! “ But there went up a mist from the earth , and watered the whole face of the ground “ So maybe the first rain God caused was day one of the 40 days of flood rain . Maybe man hadn’t experienced rain up until the flood in Genesis chapter 7 . ? ! ? ! ? Atmosphere ( Firmament ) up until the flood .

The first rain WAS the beginning of the 40 days of rain. Clearly told in Genesis chapter 2 Verse 5-6 .There was a MIST from the earth that watered the whole face of the ground. Genesis Chapter 7 records the flood. Also Genesis chapter 8 verse 1 ,2 and 3 are rich with information.. Trust the word of God. Destroy every book of science as they are not in harmony with the word of God on the truth of creation....... let God be true but every man A liar. Romans chapter three verse four.

The earth is not mentioned in Revelation 20: 6. The coming of Christ is not mentioned in Revelation 20: 6! Revelation 22: 5 and Revelation 20: 6 are saying the same thing!

Man if you take theories with a grain of salt I would not get in your car as you don't trust the theory of gravity There is a law of gravitation and also a theory of gravitation. Explanation: In physics a law describes a natural phenomenon, but does not attempt to describe how it works. Newton's law of gravitation describes the attractive force F between two bodies with masses m 1 and m 2 , which are a distance r apart. F = G m 1 m 2 r 2 Where G is the gravitational constant. This is a law because it describes the force but makes not attempt to explain how the force works. A theory is an explanation of a natural phenomenon. Einstein's General Theory of Relativity explains how gravity works by describing gravity as the effect of curvature of four dimensional spacetime. Einstein also produced an equation which describes gravity. It may look simple, but in reality it is very complex and very hard to solve. G μ ν = 8 π G c 4 T μ ν So, we have both a law and a theory of gravity. Sorry the Formula's didn't transfer very well.
