I get your argument on aktionsart and indeed it was wrongly made to support the GAP . Suppose the static stative contemplates a condition, inconsistent with the essence of God creating the earth tohu wa bohu as designated by the Athnach and as stated by Isaiah 45:18, in that he did not Kun, found/establish it, tohu?

Finite verbs are designated as such because they take a subject vs. the infinitive that takes no inherent (finite) subject. The aspect/aktionsart doesn't relate to this designation, other than the fact that they are finite (begging the question). Also a correlative regards compound sentence construction between two or more subjects as associated by their waw conjunctions exclusive to them. I don't understand why this terminology would be employed otherwise, as in the first lecture. (can't remember your exact definition)

Someone please tell me: why is there always random yelling coming from the next room?

I get the impression the walls are thin, and there's a professor next door who gets a little animated at times.

It is a professor. There is another classroom behind the wall with the whiteboard. That wall is movable and does not do a great job of blocking loud noises. The other professor is very emphatic. :)
