I have a question. Why this equation has a minus before our solution?

because F(downward) is negative when you consider scalar in calculation (i.e. -ρAgdz -Adp =0 in last line)

The resolution is correct, what may confused you is the fact that it's a vector sum (What may confused you was the fact that the expression F(downward)+F(upward) doesn't have the arrow above the "F"). And since it´s a vector sum and the vectors are opposites, the vector sum it's equal a algebraic diference. I hope I have helped you. And sorry my bad english.
