Beta these lectures are exclusively for the students of CS Executive and we cannot rely on bare act only as we have to consider the concepts and statements given in ICSI modules and judgements mentioned therein only. As it is the MCQ based exams so not self interpretation can be given as in subjective exam we can teach more in more liberal manner. Hope u can understand my view now.
