Sir it canbe done in 11 days because if we crash 2-5 and 4-5 by 1 days cost will be 1760 which is same for 12 days. So we will go for 11 days

how did direct cost =580 can u please elaborate?

Brother, as per my logic, we do CPM only for time calculation, not cost. But, we have to complete each and every activity prior to the completion of the project. So the direct cost of all activities has to be summed up. Go to the main table, sum up all the direct cost, and you will get 580 :)
