Sorry if I'm late but Nigeria is still developing country, for proper implementation of JIT in industry requires a lot of correlated industries which can keep the flow of raw materials and product at every time due to African continent's conditions, it is not feasible to opt for JIT approach, there are many factors affecting it like lack of proper industry correlation, unstable security, govt stability, raw material shortages etc.
