Speaking at the invitation of the Bundesbank on 5 December 2017 at the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore and Coordinating Minister for Social and Economic Policies spoke on the challenge of inclusive growth, which has been the exception internationally. Inclusive growth means creating opportunities for all segments of society and ensuring that everyone gets their fair share of the acquired wealth.

This is the type of leaders we need for a country, big or small. I only wish there were more of him amongst world leaders and I know that's not the case, sadly.

🌈🇸🇬👏👏Great Speech Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, the Senior Minister, and the Deputy PM of Singapore. You Speak on Facts based on Numbers! No wonder the Singaporeans are much advanced in Thinking about their Future! It isn't because Singapore's GDP PER CAPITA is highest in Asia, but because of their resilience and agility.

A talent like Tharman is very hard to come by. Lee Kuan Yew spent decades scouting for gems like him and found only a handful like him. Half of the cabinet are made up of gems, the other half are just occupying space. Lee Kuan Yew not only built the successful systems for Singapore, he scouted for talented people with integrity to help him continue with the legacy. If you ask any Singaporean Chinese if they object to Tharman, an Indian being their Prime Minister, you will most likely hear a BIG NO! Instead it is often the incompetent and useless ones who will falsely accuse the majority race of racism for not picking one of their kind, or a non-Chinese as PM candidate. It was never about their skin color. Singapore will gladly accept an Indian or a non-Chinese as Prime Minister if that person has the calibre and integrity like Tharman, and all with Open Arms. KUDOS!

Not everyone should go to 4 years college, something that should be somewhat obvious (diminishing returns, certification inflation), has become a taboo especially among politicians. It's refreshing seeing a politician grounded in reality.

Being humble and living your passion calling from a holy foundation will enable us to gain the trust of our leaders against adversity or corruption.Everywhere we go people want to know who we are to comfort their bigotry or ignorrance or falsehood by blaming others due to their own majority having a false start in life.communication is the only way for inteligence to prevent poverty or condemnation abroad and alone we have to stand trusting eternity and the dust we leave behind in the future in this digital artificial inteligent age from our roots and the string of time echoing praises to God and carnel sweat and hope according to our nation pledge and the 10 commandments to face the flaming arrows that we take out one 2 one.or 2+2= our destiny .out
