Lecture: Marina Gržinić From Biopolitics to Necropolitics

Documentation of a lecture by Marina Gržinić, philosopher, theoretician and artist from Ljubljana. The lecture focuses on the relation between biopolitics and necropolitics in contemporary capitalism. She exposes different forms of racism and talks about how racialization is used in neoliberal global capitalism. She also scrutinizes the role of the economy and how politics is deconstructed within these processes.
The lecture was given in connection with the opening day of The Moderna Exhibition 2018. "The Moderna Exhibition 2018 - With The Future Behind Us" is displayed at Moderna Museet in Stockholm 20 October 2018-6 January 2019.
