This is an introduction to DOE? As if someone not familiar with DOE could wade through all these undefined technical details and finish with better understanding how DOE could help them? Obviously this man knows DOE intimately, but this video is not what I'd recommend to help me sell DOE to a manager, and letting me use valuable company resources (time) for a DOE study.

Fair enough. This video is an introduction to how to analyze DOE data as a part of a data analysis course and so is not an introduction to DOE in the broader sense that you are looking for.
