Nietzsche was clearly a philosopher; he just wrote in a more engaging manner accessible to the interested layman. In contrast, I suppose, to what Nietzsche called _Dry as Dust, Kant._ It amuses me to think, Nietzsche wrestled with Kant's interminable technical style like the rest of us. The other one I like goes something like, _Hume wrote in five sentences, what Kant was able to write in a book._ Gotta love Nietzsche 😅

I've gotten more pragmatic about certain philosophical questions the more I read. Or is it the older I get? Anyway, the way I think of the reality/appearance concern, is that our perceptions obviously correlate really really well with whatever the reality is that is out there. And that's probably as much any animal can expect.
