Peninsular War | Downfall of Napoleon | Battle of Waterloo | European History | Waqas Aziz
Peninsular War was a direct outcome of Napoleon's Continental System. This Peninsular War ended with the last Battle of Waterloo. During Peninsular war, various developments weakened the strength of French army. Consequently, it gave rise to unpopularity of Napoleon. Hence, the enemies of Napoleon made alliance and invaded France. This Peninsular war culminated with the Downfall of Napoleon's Heroic personality on European stage.
