At 4:55, he actually condones a man attempting to strangle an older woman he assumes is a mother -in- law. From ~ 4:25, he's literally described a violent incident he witnessed - involving attempted strangulation - and then made a joke of it. How is this in any way appropriate for any man to say - let alone an experienced pastor in a major church? It is entirely indefensible. Australia has an epidemic of family violence. A church platform should not be a place where a violent assault on anyone is mocked or condoned.
