Do the lights have to be hooked directly to the battery or is there another way? Its a company Kenworth and they said i can as long as its not directly to the battery.

The lights require 12vdc. We prefer going directly to the battery so we know we have a clean power source. Some customers will use existing auxiliary switches - just keep in mind the amperage draw required for your installation as to not overload anything. Give our technical support a call: 800 847 1359

Are these LED strips abled to be cut to length if you purchased a large length of this LED strip? Or does it have to be premade and cut from your place of business? Or can the customer buy it and cut them selves?

Our Low Profile series comes in a max length of 16' and can be cut-to-size: www.boogeylights.com/low-profile-led-light-strips/ - our Heavy Duty series cannot be cut and comes in fixed lengths of 12", 22", 32", 42" and 52" - www.boogeylights.com/heavy-duty-led-light-strips/
