LED Lights Problems Syncing

1 of 3 lights working and the other two are faint or not changing to the correct color- can the bulbs partially fail or do I have a fuse problem?

I would suggest you check voltage to the dim lights. Then turn them on individually if possible. It would be odd to have two go out at the same time

I have 2 pool lights. Both sync to white but then the ones stays green for the next 3-4 colors and then goes normal again. Any ideas?

I wonder if you have two different brands. Perhaps one has been replaced and it doesn’t match the other

We just had a guy replace our spa light with a multi plus light and now we can’t get it to sync with our jandy pool light. Are we screwed? Why would he put in a non compatible light?

Typically each brand has its own unique sequence for the light patterns. For instance jandy is white, sky blue, cobalt blue, green etc… The pentair light is blue, green, red, white… Since the order is not the same. If you are using two different lights , they won’t be able to sync.

@@Pool-guy our spa light went out so we got a guy to come in and replace it so he picked a multiplus light to pair with my jandy pool light. Why would he do that? That really ticks me off.

What if your switch is a wall switch?

It should reset in a similar manner. On then off for 5 seconds and then back on

Just replaced a jandy light and still won’t sync.? My Pool guy in Florida is Steve the Pool guy too!

Hey that’s cool. You may need to confirm that they are both the same brand.

@@terrymill if the light patterns are not the same, then they will not sync
