LED Streetlight Replacement

CHAPTERS WILL COME SOON, DON'T WORRY!
They are replacing a streetlight. When this light turns on, it's blue instead of white. It's an old light and should be white which is why they replaced it.
Location: Tiburon Drive, Seffner, Florida
Number of streetlights: 8
Streetlight: #1
Old LED installed: Sometime around 2019
New LED installed: March 8th, 2022.
They also did the same thing to #8 but no video of #8 getting a new LED.
Also, sorry for moving my camera as i was on my bike and had to go very slow and try not to fall off my bike.
