They probably have more songs of that type than the next five acts put together. That isn't a coincidence. If we are discussing talent, in that regard they are absolutely unique. Triplets around the kit, leading with his left hand, then right hand then bass drum. Start slow then speed it up and move it around to different drums. Most right handed drummers will find it easier to lead with the right hand, which can be just as effective, but Bonzo usually led with his left even though he was right handed!
@JazzDrummer19464 жыл бұрын
It's a cheap drummer's ploy. A Triplet 1) L-rack tom 2) R-floor tom 3) bass drum 4) L-snare as the accent. It actually sounds much more impressive than it really is. In the hands of a technician (like Bonham, Rich, etc) it becomes seamless and has a "rolling" effect. The better Triplet though, is the Flam Triplet. It goes 1) L/R (almost on top of each other) on the snare 2) R-floor Tom 3) bass drum. Then you play 1) R-floor Tom 2) bass drum and then 3) finish with a R/L flam accent back on the snare. It' sounds really cool.

I love playing the drums. Both Neil and Bonham are the reason I love to bash away on the drums. Those two are my heroes when it comes to the drums. Can’t help but get a touch bit emotional when I play a Zeppelin song on the drums.

And last but not least, that is so talented on 1:53 that he can do the incredibly fast cross-over triplets with the left hand lead at a tempo of around nearly 250bpm. He’s definitely my no.1 drummer in history.❤️❤️❤️

Eu não tenho nem a coragem de discordar a banda já era uma seleção e eles realmente eram fãs do próprio baterista e eu sou fã de todos .

No man Buddy Rich is the greatest drummer of all time. If it weren’t for him Bonham would not have been as good as he was and same with all rock drummers.
