Actually slight compared to other tracks on the album, 'Houses of the Holy' marked Zeppelin's ascent into 'Biggest band in the World' territory, with their success in America. Nowadays that is probably not an accurate description of success, but at the time it marked global superstars. And they had the energy and talent to pull it off.

Fay as good as this is outside of the guitar solo the The studio album version is so much better. It brings in the fades and draws out an extra sound of an acoustic guitar and it was well Mixxed by Jimmy Page in the studio it’s a much better version, but this is really good despite me saying that. First title was Many,Many Times. Plant's lyrics were inspired by the J.R.R. Tolkien book The Hobbit, and to Tolkein's 1915 poem of the same name. "Over The Hills And Far Away" describes the adventure the Hobbits embark on❣️😊👍❤️

@@kevinbrady6075 your not saying what you disagree to. I hope it’s about studio vs live . I just feel the live is missing something, but that is my opinion that’s all and it’s based upon the details of the song that’s it was produced by one of the very best session guitars in the history of rock ‘n’ roll, Jimmy Page. However it is a fact that that’s what they wrote the song on they had just come off of the tour and it was based upon J.R.R. Tolkien. I was just expressing the fact you can look this up or watch some interviews were they mention that particularly Page. I know Led-heads can get Sensitive to other reviews of Zepplin songs but it’s just facts that it was written about the book the Hobbit and Live recording has come to be much much better nowadays.
