The wonderful thing of Zeppelin's music is a lot of heart and soul went into each song. To me, that means that even if you know the "back story" of the lyrics, it hits on a visceral level so each person's experience to it is unique. It's truly an art form, ready for each person to extract what is meaningful to them. This song was originally written by Willie Dixon and recorded by Otis Rush.

Great reaction. The song was written by Willie Dixon for Otis Rush- Dixon played bass on it. It was about an affair Rush was having at the time. But yeah, it could be about anything. It's recorded live for their debut album with no overdubs and you can crystal-clear hear the four of them breathing on it. One's ear just jumps between them. As a die-hard Zep fan, not listening to one of their songs for a few month one comes back to it with totally fresh ears, almost like yourself listening to it for the first time. Very few bands catalogue possess that quality.
